Deliveries take place in 5/6 working days (excluding Saturdays) after collection, in most locations. The time might change due to specific locations.

Il Vino Vero ships by GLS courier, in case of absence the courier will come by again, if the Customer is not at home yet he will be contacted by email and will have to choose whether to pick up the parcel at the nearest post office or GLS office.

The Customer can check the status of the shipment and the delivery details.

Transport costs are indicated below and are inclusive of packaging; shipping is free for orders over 100 Euro.

SHIPPING COST: the cost depend on the destination. Fill your shipping destination to see the cost for your destination.

In the event that, upon delivery of the goods, the package is tampered with, damaged, leaking liquid or missing packages, the Customer is required to accept the package “subject to checking the condition of the contents” or report the lack of a certain number of packages.

If any damage or mismatch of contents is found, immediately dispute the delivery to the carrier and report it immediately, possibly with a photo, to info@ilvinovero.it or by calling +39 339 71 52 032.

Tracking

The customer will receive an email confirming the shipment. In this email there will be all the information to check the status of the shipment.

The customer can check the status of the shipment at any time.

Packaging

The bottles are shipped in special Vigoroso® protective packaging, which puts product safety first.

Its special shape allows it to absorb violent shocks from all directions. Its protective shielding characteristics of a glass package make it particularly suitable for shipping wine bottles and oil shipments.
